Haha well that title kinda sums up where I'm at with so many projects around here.
I've been getting back into doing so many things I wanted to do but couldn't get to with one small child to look after.
So, over the next little while I'll put up photos of fully nearly finished projects to help motivate me to get them all done.
However. The hallway of frames is done as far as I can get it at the moment. Still just waiting for one more family photo and an updated one from having a new baby pop into one of the pictures. I figure it'll be a continuously changing project as we all grow and change anyway.
I loved this gallery idea from a photo that I saw so long ago now I can't remember where I found it on the Martha Stewart website (found it on my Pinterest page)
The basic idea was black frames of different sizes and types with a clear line running through the middle of it.
Mine's definitely not perfect but that's kinda my life right now, I can't be the perfectionist I want with limited time and with someone coming along behind me pulling most things back down anyway.
Our hallway is rather narrow so I've had to take a couple of photos to get it all in.
Here's the right side:
At the far right bottom is an embroidery I did a little while ago. It's grey woodgrain with our wedding date scored into a tree trunk. The large empty frame is going to have a picture of Hunter we took on a recent caravan weekend away. The footprint (far left, bottom) is Hunter's of course at 10 weeks.
I've chosen to put up a family photo of each of our parents and our brothers (6 all up) and their wives and children as well as a couple of our wedding photos because otherwise they'd just be in a cupboard.

The caricature was done in Victoria Market in Melbourne when we went for our first anniversary and finally have a place for it to go.
So that's where it's at this week. I plan to have a few changes soon, need one of two of my brothers with their girls and one of Eldon's brother's family which is missing. I have an F that needs to go up too.
It definitely makes me happy to have reminder of all our family, most of them being quite far away from us now and I want Hunter to know these great people too.
He loves browsing and having a look at each one and recognising those he knows well.
